Replacement and Return Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes jewelry can fall off and go missing. Therefore, we are happy to reweld any LOG piece that has fallen off, free of charge, as long as you still have your chain.

If you lose your chain or it gets damaged more than one month after your appointment, you will be responsible for purchasing a new chain. Message us if you have questions about a discount.

Protect Your Piece

We want your jewelry to last, so be sure to avoid things like:

• Hot tubs and heavily chlorinated pools

• High-impact activities

If you want a clasp for your piece, we are happy to add one for you.
